Placing International Orders
There are two ways to place an international order:
- Online: Shop our website, add items to your shopping cart, and checkout. Your shipping cost will be calculated automatically during checkout.
- Phone: Call us at 001-713-436-5206 and one of our customer care representatives will assist you in placing your order.
Customs and Duties
All orders from outside the United States must be pre-paid in U.S. dollars and are subject to normal import duty, taxes and customs clearance charges in the destination country. International shipping duties and taxes are the guest's responsibility; Scorelow has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. If a guest refuses shipment due to duties and taxes, the guest will be liable for any costs incurred by ScoreLow.com.
Canadian Orders
All orders will ship from the ScoreLow.com Texas facility, and are subject to normal duty and customs clearance charges. All these charges are displayed in U.S. dollars. Canadian customers may order now directly through the website or call our toll free number at 1-866-982-4653 to place your order directly with a ScoreLow representative.

New International Customers
For your protection you may be asked to provide proof of credit card ownership, including a copy of your most recent credit card statement and a copy of a valid identification card.
Please fax this to us at 001-713-436-5002. Orders will ship out only after this information has been authenticated.
Shipping Oversize Items via United States Postal Service
International customers purchasing items (such as Stand Bags, Cart Bags, Staff Bags, Complete Club Sets, SpeedCarts, etc) fall into oversize shipping rates. These items will ship out via the United States Postal Service and typically take 7 to 10 business days.
Shipping Timeframe
Most orders are shipped within 48 business hours. These orders will usually shipped via FEDEX INTERNATIONAL and arrive in 2 to 3 business days. Some items (including custom clubs and some collegiate bags) may not be carried in a ScoreLow warehouse - these items will be shipped to ScoreLow from the vendor. These items can take up to 2-4 weeks before shipping to the destination country. If your order includes any of these items, one of our customer care representatives will contact you. All international orders will ship once all items are in stock.
International Shipping Rates
ScoreLow.com has made it simple to make international purchases. Our website can determine what country you are located in and calculate the shipping for all the items in you cart during checkout. The base shipping rate for each country is different, however most orders have a base shipping rate around $30 U.S. dollars.

International Return Policy
If your merchandise arrives damaged please call us at 001-713-436-5206, and we will assist you in replacing it. Otherwise, all sales are final. International shipping costs make it impossible to authorize any type of return other than products that are damaged in transit.
