Expected Delivery Times
All orders received by 12:00 noon Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped the same business day provided the product is in stock. If the product is not available, we will contact you via phone or email and will either inform you of when the item will be available, or look for alternate arrangements. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays, will ship the following Monday, or next business day.
2nd Day Air Service
Order requested via 2nd Day should arrive within 2 business days from the date of shipment. On-time delivery for these services is guaranteed by UPS subject to their terms and conditions.
Orders must be placed by 12:00 noon (Central Standard Time) Monday-Friday to be eligible for that day's 2nd Day shipments. Orders placed over the weekend will not be shipped until Monday. Please take this into consideration when using these services.
APO/FPO Shipping Rates
We happily ship to APO/FPO addresses through the United States Postal Service. Shipping on most APO/FPO orders is $12.95. If you are ordering oversize/overweight items or large quantities of any product, an additional shipping charge may apply. We will contact you with details.
